Description:
Welcome to Virginia's in the heart of beautiful Kenmare Town. At our family-run Guesthouse, you will be assured of a warm welcome, lovely accommodation & a breakfast you'll certainly remember. Come and see for yourself why guests return to us time and again and often stay for longer than originally planned. Enjoy your days golfing (just a short walk away) or exploring this breathtaking part of Ireland, either by car, tour-bus, bicycle or on one of the numerous walking trails nearby. Take a boat-trip on Kenmare Bay and savour the best that Mother Nature has to offer. Enjoy your evenings dining in many award-winning restaurants, followed by traditional Irish music and song in the town pubs. Georgina Campbell writes that "Breakfast is a point of honour". Lucinda O'Sullivan writes that at Virginia's, "Breakfast was the true clincher". We offer a varied 3-course menu offering such delights as Porridge with Whisky Cream, Melting Cashel Blue Cheese over Pears with Crispy Bacon, Banana Pancakes, Local Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs and much more. All this accompanied by home-baked breads warm from the oven, freshly brewed Java coffee & home-made Kumquat Marmalade.
Location:
Virginia's is 2nd building on right as you drive down Henry Street.
Guesthouse is located over Mulcahy's Restaurant.
